Cleaning procedures during Reiki courses and Reiki treatments include regular sanitising of surfaces using non-toxic ingredients.
Refund, transfer, rescheduling and cancellation policy
For in-person and Distant Reiki treatments:
1. Once you make time to receive a treatment you receive an email confirmation. You also receive an email reminder 72 hours before your treatment.
Please understand that your appointment time is allocated just for you. I prepare for your treatment before you arrive and you receive my full care and attention during your session. I understand that you may need to reschedule your time, however, when you cancel your appointment without adequate notice I’m unable to offer your time to someone else who needs it. I often have a waiting list. Since your treatment has been allocated for you cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice incurs the full treatment fee.
If you’re unable to attend your in-person treatment you can avoid the fee by receiving Distant Reiki. I’ve been practicing Distant Reiki since 2002. If you choose this option please email or text me before your treatment and you’ll receive an email confirming your change.
If you’re unable to attend your treatment please reschedule or cancel your appointment using the “change your appointment/cancel your appointment” button on the email confirmation you receive. Thank you.
For Reiki Level One, Reiki Level Two and Reiki Level 3a Courses
You receive excellent Reiki training with a maximum of 12 students in each class. For this reason:
1. Courses fees are not refundable. They are transferable in unforeseen circumstances when 2 weeks notice is given. They aren’t transferable to your family members or friends.
2. I understand that you may have unforeseen circumstances arise 13-0 days before the course. You then have two options.
a) You can keep up to date on Reiki course dates. When you can attend feel free to contact me 2 days before the course start date and I will let you know if there’s a complimentary place available.
b) You can enrol in another course taking place and incur half the course cost (these can be found on the Reiki Level One, Reiki Level Two, or Reiki Level 3a pages).
c) a and b are available for one year from your initial enrolment.
