Overview
Reiki Level Two, traditionally referred to as Okuden and translating to “Inner teachings”, enables you to practise professionally with Reiki. You also learn distant healing methods.
During Reiki Level Two you continue your Reiki training. Your connection to Reiki is enhanced when you’re introduced to tools that connect you more deeply to Reiki.
When you use these tools during your self-Reiki treatment a greater level of healing takes place in you. You also learn how to use these tools when treating others so a deeper level of healing takes place in them. They also have a variety of other uses, read more below.

Reiki Level Two — Course Content
Learn the names and uses of three special Reiki tools
Deepen your connection to Reiki by using tools that enhance your Reiki practice on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
One tool enhances your mental focus, one restores you to balance on a mental and emotional level, and another is used to treat people at a distance. You also learn how to incorporate these tools into your practice when you treat others with Reiki.
Learn distant/absent Reiki
During Reiki Level Two you have an opportunity to send Reiki to one of your friends or family members so they feel better. Learn how to use Reiki on people who are in another room, another house or on the other side of the world. Learn more about Distant Reiki and how it can help you and others here.
Release the past with Reiki
Past events that you may not have fully processed can limit your ability to be happy and healthy in the present moment. During Reiki Level Two you learn techniques to help you effectively release the past so you feel and function better in your daily life.
Clear spaces of unwanted energy
Learn how to clear your spaces of unwanted energy so your home and workplace is clear of stagnate energy.
Reiki in professional practice
Once you complete Reiki Level Two you have the option of practicing Reiki professionally. Receive information on how to conduct a professional Reiki treatment. I have been privileged help over 1000 people with Reiki in professional practice.
Scanning
During Reiki Level One you learn traditional hand positions to treat others with Reiki. During Reiki Level Two you learn tools that develop your intuition so you can better “sense” where Reiki is needed on yourself and others.
An individual Reiki Level Two attunement
During this attunement you receive Reiki tools that promote a deeper level of healing to take place in yourself and others.
Qi gong energy building exercises
These can easily be done at home. Learn about your hara (also known as tanden or your “centre”) and how to connect with it in your everyday life so you experience more balance and ease.
Reiki Level One revision
You are taken through aspects of Reiki Level One and develop any areas you may be unsure of.
Japanese meditation techniques
These were practiced by Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. They ehance and support your hands on Reiki practice.
A comprehensive manual and certificate
You receive a 40 page manual. It’s an excellent reference for you to keep after the course. You also receive a certificate that’s recognised world wide.
