Sarah introduced me to Reiki three years ago when I came to see her. I had been struggling with fibromyalgia for a number of years. Sarah suggested Reiki might be an effective treatment for my symptoms – muscle pain and stiffness, fatigue and very poor sleep.
I was amazed at how deeply relaxed my body felt after that first session. My muscles felt so much less heavy and fatigued. I always feel very rested and peaceful after receiving Reiki. My sensitive nervous system feels much calmer and I always have a great night’s sleep!
This encouraged me to complete Reiki course Level 1 & 2. Sarah is an engaging and insightful teacher as well as a warm and caring practitioner.
Reiki has helped me in so many ways. Reiki is now part of my daily routine as I am now able to practice on myself. I find Reiki very helpful for managing fibromyalgia when my body is very sensitive. It’s a very gentle and easy self-balancing technique.
I also find Reiki helps me maintain a positive outlook when things get challenging.
Doing Reiki on myself at bedtime has relieved a lot of my anxiety around going to bed, as the pain is often worse at night, and helps me fall asleep.
It is a great source of comfort. I’m not sure where I would be without it!
